  • Ashley Tisdale granted restraining order against alleged stalker

Ashley says the obsessed fan has shown up at her home twice already

A Los Angeles court has granted Ashley Tisdale a temporary restraining order against a man accused of stalking her.  New legal documents are revealing more about the case, which started when Ashley's camp went to cops about a fan who'd sent the star over 18,000.

The fan was identified as Nicholas Fiore, who Tisdale says has already shown up at her home twice.  On one occasion, the "High School Musical" star claims Fiore attempted to get in by pretending to be a delivery man.

TMZ.com says she's also concerned about the content of some of the tweets that have made reference to guns.  Apparently they are being interpreted as threats towards Tisdale and her boyfriend musician Christopher French.
